Virtru verification emails are sent from email@example.com or verify+XXXXXXXX@virtru.com. If you do not see the email in your Inbox after 5-10 minutes, then follow the steps below to locate the email:
1) Double check your Spam, Junk and/or Promotions folders
2) If a mail platform such as Outlook is in use, please try logging into the Webmail for that account to see if it's hung up there.
3) If #1 and #2 don't work, then it is very likely the email is stuck in an external quarantine that holds emails from delivery. Please ask your IT administrators to check the quarantine.
