In some situations, iOS may misinterpret the text of Virtru emails and display text in a different language than the language it was sent as. Changing your device’s language will not change the language displayed in the email.
If you receive an email on your iOS device, and it is not showing the expected language, please access the email using Virtru for iOS, or access the email on a Mac, Windows, or Android device.
While we continue to look into this issue, it appears to be an issue in the way iOS interprets and displays text. Because the solution may be out of our control, we encourage you to contact Apple and share the issue with them, as well.
