In this article, we'll show you how to manage content that you have sent via Virtru Secure Share. This includes managing security settings, authorized users, and even the files for a particular share "session."

Viewing and Managing Your Files
If you have securely shared files with another user, you will receive an email with a copy of your file(s). Select Manage Files to view and manage your content.
You may be asked to complete verification. Once complete, you will be directed to your secure content.
On this page you can:

View specific files

Download specific files
- REVOKE ACCESS

RESTORE ACCESS to previously revoked content
- Select the pencil icon to edit the share
Edit Share
If you selected the pencil icon to edit the share, you will be able to modify all aspects of the share, just like the original sharing session.
1. Manage files. On the first step, you can ADD FILES, REMOVE ALL FILES, or select the X to remove a specific attachment
If you select a file removal option, you will see a confirmation prompt. Select OK to continue with the removal
When ready, select NEXT
2. Secure. This steps allows you to modify the "Expiration Date," "Watermarking," and/or "Persistent File Protection" security settings.
When ready, hit NEXT
3. Edit Share. Here, you can modify "Recipients" and the contextual "Message"
4. Before finalizing the edits, you may use the PREVIOUS button to review your changes. When ready, FINISH. You will then be directed to the "Message Summary" page. This new version will include an "Activity History" showing the most recent changes
Select VIEW ALL to see a full "Activity History"
