In this article, we'll walk you through how to add files to a Workspace in Virtru Collaborate.

Before You Begin
- You must be a member of the Workspace you want to add files to.
- The file size limit is 15 GB per file. This is a per-file limit — you can upload multiple files with combined totals exceeding 15 GB.
- The availability of Google Drive and OneDrive / SharePoint as file sources depends on your organization's configuration. More details File Sources for Secure Share & Virtru Collaborate
Accessing Virtru Collaborate
1. Navigate to https://secure.virtru.com/secure-share/, enter your email address, and click Continue
2. If prompted, choose your sign in method. You may do so via your provider or a one-time verification link. Note: if your organization has configured SSO with Virtru, you will be directed to your Identity Provider
If you selected Send Verification Email, you will be directed to a "Check your inbox" page
You will also receive an email from verify@virtru.com. Select Verify Me to complete the process or enter the one-time code on the "Check your inbox" page
3. Upon successful verification, you will land on the outbound "Securely Share" page. Using the navigation menu on the left, select Virtru Collaborate
Add Files
1. From the Workspace list, click the name of the Workspace where you want to add files
2. In the upper-right corner, click + Add, and select the file source. Note: You can also add files from Google Drive and OneDrive / SharePoint if your organization has configured it.
3. Select the file(s) you wish to upload, and click Open. An upload progress bar will appear. Once the upload is complete, the dialog will close and your file(s) will appear in the Workspace file list
Add a Folder
1. From the Workspace list, click the name of the Workspace where you want to add files
2. In the upper-right corner, click + Add, and select New folder
3. Enter a folder name, and select Create
The folder should now be available to select
Manage a File
When hovering over a file, you will see options to Preview, Download, or Delete.
Note: if you are not the owner of the Workspace, you can only delete a file you own (a file you added)
