About

The Explore page in Virtru Collaborate helps users track recent activity, whether it's a new workspace or new files added to a workspace. This article will walk through the various elements of the Explore page.

Recent Workspaces

At the top of the Explore page, users can find the "Recent Workspaces" section. Users can see workspaces they recently created or were added to. 

To view more workspaces, users can scroll left and right.

Recently Added Files

Scrolling down a little, users will find the "Recently Added Files" section. Users can see files that were recently uploaded to workspaces they are members of.

In this section, users can:

• See the file name and type
• See the file owner (uploaded)
• See the upload date

• Hover over the space in the "Actions" column for options to Preview or Go to workspace
