Ensure compatible browser settings
In order for the Virtru for Outlook 365 add-in to fully operate, some cookies and pop-ups must be allowed, including third-party cookies, from:

Manually Activate with Email
Try the Activate with Email pathway. If activation does not complete:
1. Return to your Inbox, locate the activation email from noreply-activation@virtru.com, and open the message (If you are unable to find the email in your Focused mailbox view, check the Other tab view, as well)
2. Open the Virtru add-in
3. Select Activate with Email again while the activation email is open
If Activation Issues Persist
Reach out to Virtru Support if you are still unable to activate (hitting an error, not receiving an activation email, etc.). Please provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots (if applicable). We also encourage you to Enable Debug Logging and try again. This will send advanced debug information to our team.
