About
Over the last few years, Microsoft has been deprecating its Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Graph API and pushing organizations to its newer Microsoft Graph API. This affects the current app used to "Sign in with Office365" on our Web applications (Control Center, Secure Reader, and Secure Share), so we are planning to cutover to a newer app on April 8, 2026.

Suggested Action
To avoid disruption for users, Microsoft admins will want to approve Virtru's new authentication application within their Microsoft environment. To do so:
1. Head to the following link, and login as a Microsoft admin: Virtru
2. You will be redirected to the "Virtru" app. Accept
Once accepted, your entire org will be ready for the changes. No end-user action should be needed.
Note: If admin approval is not completed when cutover occurs, depending on the security settings of the domain, users will be prompted with a similar permissions prompt when trying to authenticate on some Virtru platforms using their O365 credentials OR they may see a prompt to contact their administrator. If they cannot Accept on their own, they can still use the one-time verification email flow.
