The Virtru O365 add-in uses nested app authentication (NAA) to run within users' mailboxes. To avoid issues, it's best that admins approve this on behalf of their organization.

Action

Microsoft admins need to approve Virtru new NAA application within their Microsoft environment:

1. Head to the following link, and login as a Microsoft admin: Virtru for Outlook NAA 

2. You will be redirected to the "Virtru for Outlook NAA" app. Accept

Once accepted, your entire org will be ready for the Microsoft changes. No end-user action should be needed.

Note: If admin approval is not completed, depending on the security settings of your domain, end-users may be prompted with a similar permissions prompt when trying to access the add-in OR they may see a prompt to contact their administrator.
