This article will cover:
Prerequisites
- Your organization must have a Virtru subdomain configured. If you have not yet set up a subdomain, please follow the instructions in Enabling Subdomains for your Virtru Account before proceeding.
- Organizations using Virtru Private Keystore (VPK) must upgrade their VPK. If you are interested in Virtru Collaborate with a VPK, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Virtru Customer Support.
Request Virtru Collaborate for Your Organization
Virtru Collaborate is enabled on the backend by Virtru. To request access, contact your Customer Success Manager or Virtru Customer Support and let them know you'd like to enable Virtru Collaborate for your organization.
Once you submit your request, Virtru will enable Virtru Collaborate for you in up to 2-3 business days.
What to Expect After Enablement
Once Virtru has enabled Virtru Collaborate for your organization, no additional configuration is required. Virtru Collaborate will automatically appear in the left navigation panel of your Secure Share interface for all users in your organization.
If users do not see Virtru Collaborate in their navigation after enablement, try refreshing the browser. If the issue persists, contact Virtru Customer Support.
