Other Browsers
Certain browsers not listed above likely work with Virtru but are not officially tested or supported. For the most reliable experience, we recommend one of the browsers listed above.
What should I do if my current browser is not supported?
If you're using a browser that isn't on the list above, we recommend switching to one of our supported browsers. Most devices come pre-installed with one of the supported versions listed above.
If you're unable to switch browsers and are having trouble accessing your content, please reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to help.
Why doesn't Virtru support older versions of browsers?
There are a number of reasons Virtru does not support older browser versions. The main reason is many out-of-date browsers include known security defects and vulnerabilities. As a result, Virtru puts extensive efforts into engineering its products to work with the newest, most secure browser versions. This ensures the safest, most stable experience for all our users.
