When using Secure Share for Zendesk to request files, share files, or access received files, the authorized users list is not limited to just the ticket assignee and ticket requester. Rather, authorized access is determined by a number of factors.
Note: The authorized users list is set at the time of content/link creation.

Who should have access
- The ticket Assignee who sent the file or link
- The ticket Requester who received the file or link
- Other users within the Assignee’s Zendesk Group
- If “Include CC recipients” was selected, cc'd users on the ticket
Who should not have access
- Other Zendesk users who are not in the Assignee’s “group”
- If “Include CC recipients” was not selected, cc'd users
- External parties
