Once a user has shared a Secure Request link within a ticket, they should begin receiving secure files back from the Ticket Requester.

Viewing Secure Files
1. When a Ticket Requester sends in a secure file, the Zendesk ticket should be updated with a notification that the user uploaded a file(s). To view, begin by clicking on the file link
2. You will be brought to Virtru Secure Share where you will select Get Started
3. On the next page, sign in with your provider or via a one time verification link (this will be your direct email address and not a shared mailbox)
If you selected the one-time verification link, you will receive an email from verify+XXXXXXXX@virtru.com (with each X being a random digit). Select Verify me to complete the process
4. Once verification is complete, you can hover over any included file to Download or View the content
