NOTE: Deleting an IP whitelist entry when the IP whitelist is active can cause the current user to lose access to this page if the entry deleted contained the user’s current IP address.

- Click on the “Authentication” navigation item and then click on the “IP Whitelist” tab
- Select the checkbox for the row of the entry you wish to delete

Enabling the IP Whitelist
- Log in to the Virtru Control Center using a Virtru Administrator account for the target organization domain using whatever method is enabled for the organization (if SSO has not yet been enabled, use federated OAuth, if SSO has been enabled, use SSO)
- Click on the “Authentication” navigation item and then click on the “IP Whitelist” tab
- Ensure desired IP whitelist entries have been added. If not, see “Creating an IP whitelist entry”
- Note if there is a warning banner notifying you that the user’s current IP address has not been whitelisted. If desired, you can directly add the exact current address by clicking “Add to whitelist” or you can add another entry that contains the user’s current IP address by using the “Add IP, IP Range or CIDR Block” button. If not, proceed to the next step.
- Click the toggle button next to the “IP whitelist is off” label
a)If the user’s current IP is not whitelisted, a warning modal will be displayed. Clicking “Continue and be Signed Out” will result in the whitelist being activated and then user being subsequently signed out or unable to make changes. The user will have to be on a network that has an IP address inside the whitelist entry ranges to be able to make changes to this page again.
b) If the user’s current IP is in the whitelist, then the whitelist will be enabled and the user should remain able to make changes
6. You can continue to add or remove IP whitelist entries by following “Adding an IP whitelistentry” or “Deleting an IP whitelist entry”
