When printing a secure Virtru email, depending on the method you use to print, you may end up with the encrypted "Unlock Message" template instead of the contents of the email. Following the instructions below, Outlook 365 Add-in can successfully print the decrypted version of your message.

If you are using a different Virtru product, please try one of the following:
Instructions for Classic Outlook, New Outlook, and Outlook on the Web (OWA)
In Outlook 365, open the message and decrypt it for reading. Full instructions here: Read secure messages via Outlook 365 Add-in (for Web, Desktop, Mobile)
Select the Menu icon in the top-right of the Virtru panel.
Then "Print Secure Message"
Your web browser's or computer's printing options should open, and you can select your preferences, then print.

Please use Outlook on the Web (OWA) to print secure messages, using the steps above.
