In order for the Virtru for Outlook 365 add-in to fully operate, some cookies and pop-ups must be allowed, including third-party cookies. The following article will detail required settings and the behavior users will encounter without proper settings.
Required Cookies
Users have two options to enable the required third-party cookies:
- Enable third-party cookies for the following specific URLs

Required Pop-Ups
Like the cookies settings, for pop-ups, users can:

User Experience without Cookies
Without the required cookies, the add-in will not load properly and will remain unusable. Users may encounter the following:

If all pop-ups are blocked, users will not be able to Activate with Email. Also, some send failures may occur, such as when a DLP warning prompt is due to appear.
