In this article, we cover how to access information on your Virtru subscription via the Virtru Billing Portal. We also cover how to request changes to your subscription.
Please note that Virtru subscriptions renew annually.
View Your Virtru Subscription Information
To access this information:
1. Go to the Virtru Billing Portal and login. If you have not already created an account, you will need to do that first before you proceed.
2. Then click on Subscriptions on the navigation bar.
3. On this page, you will be able to access information about your current subscriptions.
Make Changes to Your Virtru Subscription
To change your subscription, please reach out to Virtru's billing support team or your Virtru point of contact. This includes any of the following changes:
- Add additional Virtru licenses
- Reduce your number of Virtru licenses
- Add a Virtru product to your subscription
- Remove a Virtru product from your subscription
- Add custom branding to the Virtru emails your recipients see or to the Virtru Secure Reader
