In order for a user in your organization to appear as active in the Admin Dashboard, the user must complete both of the following actions:
- Accept the team invitation email that will arrive upon being added to a Virtru team
- Download & install Virtru in their browser or Email client, and activate their email address
Once the user has completed these actions, try refreshing the Admin Dashboard page in your browser to view the updated status.
Please note, if you've synced your domain with Virtru, adding a user to your Virtru team will no longer send out a team invitation as Virtru will automatically associate the user's domain with your domain. Therefore, your users will simply need to download and activate a plugin to show as 'Active' on the Dashboard.
